Goals based on what the land can deliver.
Once farms are mapped, farmer coops formed — we know the potential. Achievable goals are set from farmers to washing stations.
Goals set from real experience, not guesswork
Farmer first principle
Everything starts with the farmer. Map their land, show them the potential, build the cooperative around their goals — its farmer first.
CWS support
Washing stations must deliver effective support — seedlings, composting, and training. Several gaps exist that need to be bridged. We help with that.
Training and alerts
Monthly training matched to the season. SMS alerts for pest, weather, and farming tasks — so farmers & CWS know what to do and when.
Equipping the CWS to deliver achievable goals.
Washing stations have gaps, and to deliver the best results and manage effectively, we need to bridge those gaps and track the improvement.
Fertiliser Production
Cherry pulp needs EM-1, calcium carbonate, and proper worm bed management to become organic fertiliser. Without the right protocols, it rots. With them, it transforms into nutrient-rich compost that builds soil fertility.
Higher Quality Seedlings
On baseline farms, ~40% of seedlings die shortly after transplant. GAP77 lifts post-transplant survival above 90% — sterilised growing medium, foliar protection, J-root inspection at transplant, and on-farm scouting to uproot and replace failed plants.
Farmer Training
With our support, monthly training sessions with farmers on demo plots, with bi-weekly farm visits, and scouting activities that build trust with the CWS and reduce side-selling.
Collectors
Working with collectors rather than against them. Including them, but knowing where and how the cherry comes from.
Drying Bed Management
Digitising the processing lots and drying management allows for better quality control, and enables monitoring of bed capacity and red green ratios.
"Irrigation is non-existent, yet water management impacts everything: flowering, cherry development, and even the flavour."

Goals based on real data from mapped farms — not guesswork. Every level of the chain knows what to aim for and can see the results.
